Class Levels
Beginners
For those new to Pilates or exercise. These classes focus on learning basic movements, form, and control whilst getting to grips with the Reformer safely.
All Levels
Open to everyone of any ability, although we recommend doing 3 beginner levels first. All levels consists of adaptable exercises with more of a challenge if you choose to accept it!
Intermeidate
For those wanting to take a step up in their practice. These classes combine the Pilates principles with more challenge, flow, and coordination. Expect to feel the burn!
Advanced
For those who have mastered the basics and Principles. These classes are higher intensity, more complex movements, and faster transitions with strong control and technique.
Class Styles
Signature Reformer
A full-body Pilates class focused on strength, control, and alignment using the reformer machine. It builds core stability, improves posture, and develops balanced, functional movement at a steady, controlled pace.
Reformer Energy
A high-intensity reformer-based workout that combines Pilates principles with HIIT-style intervals for maximum burn. Expect fast-paced sequences designed to challenge endurance, elevate heart rate, and build strength.
Matformer
A hybrid class blending mat Pilates and reformer work for a balanced, full-body training experience. It combines floor-based control with resistance-based reformer exercises to improve strength, mobility, and core activation.
Reformer Reset
A calming, restorative class focused on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. It helps reduce stress, improve mobility, and bring the body back into balance through slow, mindful exercises.
